Terms & Conditions (T&C)

1. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
  • The remaining balance (if any) must be paid as per the agreed schedule before the departure date.

2. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

  • All inclusions will be detailed in the itinerary provided at the time of booking.
  • Exclusions, such as personal expenses, additional meals, or activities not mentioned in the package, will be borne by the customer.

3. Travel Documents & Permits

  • The customer is responsible for carrying valid identification and travel permits, if applicable.

4. Itinerary Changes

  • Chaarvi Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary in case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
  • Any changes will be communicated to customers promptly, and alternatives will be provided whenever possible.

5. Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • Chaarvi Holidays acts only as a facilitator for travel services (transport, accommodation, etc.) and is not liable for any personal loss, delays, or injuries.
  • Travelers are responsible for securing personal travel insurance (if desired).

6. Cancellation by Chaarvi Holidays

  • In the event that Chaarvi Holidays cancels a trip due to unavoidable circumstances, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative package.

7. Conduct During Travel

  • Travelers are expected to follow instructions from tour coordinators and adhere to local laws and customs.
  • Misconduct may lead to removal from the tour without a refund.

Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 30 Days Before Travel: Full refund, minus any nonrefundable charges (e.g., booking fees).
  • 15 to 30 Days Before Travel: 50% refund of the total package cost.
  • Less than 15 Days Before Travel: No refund will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Components

  • Any advance payments made to hotels, transport services, or activity providers are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timelines.

3. Partial Refunds for Shortened Trips

  • If the trip is cut short due to personal reasons or traveler misconduct, no refunds will be provided for unused services.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Force Majeure Refunds

  • In the case of cancellations due to events beyond control (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters), partial refunds or rescheduling options will be offered at the discretion of Chaarvi Holidays.
